Hello!! So today was my first time using the app and I have a doubt about how to use it... my first session was a resistance/arm and it include 8 exercises, but I'm not sure if it was 1 round of the 8 exercises or 3 rounds!
so if you just click "start" on the app it'll walk you through the entire thing
Also, make sure you do pink circuit and blue circuit twice each. It took me a week before I realized I was doing only half the work out :p
