I'm a couple weeks in and so far I prefer BBG stronger but I suppose it's all based on preference. I find the body weight only exercises to get a little boring and I like incorporating machines every once in a while anyway.
The only thing I don't like is that the exercises are still circuit style and that's not really realistic when there's other people in the gym that want to use the machines too. So I do all my machine exercises together and then continue with the rest in a circuit as a courtesy to others in the gym. I suppose this wouldn't be a problem if you have your own personal equipment but I assume most people don't.
