I found what helped me stick with it was to sit down every Sunday, or whatever day of the week, and plan my workouts for the week. Whenever i told myself id just do it when I had time id end up skipping them until the last minute and sometimes missing them completely. If there are days where I don't feel motivated I will usually go on kayla's instagram and just going through her last few posts can help. Theres so many supportive people in this community and instagram lets you connect with them. Seeing other people succeed is a great motivation to get up and get to work yourself. Also, you're supposed to go through as many circuits as you can in the 7 minutes, just don't stop working until your seven minutes are up. As you get stronger you'll be able to complete more circuits in that time. Good luck!!
